If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.    To provide the best customer satisfaction, we provide the following solutions. If you have any questions regarding our Refund Policy please call the restaurant immediately. Preparation of your order will begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant.   Food Order Errors   If you receive food that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order you may come to pick up the correct food item or we will send you the correct item.  You may also choose to be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error if you choose not to request the correct item to be prepared for you.  In some cases, BangBang Burgers may request for photographic proof and/or additional information to properly investigate the issue with your Order. If we determine that the Order and/or Goods you received are not of satisfactory condition or quality, you will receive the refund amount associated with the error sent to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. However, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

Food Order Incomplete   In the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call us as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order. You may come to pick up the correct food item or we will send you the correct item. Shipping Policy ** ** Online Delivery hours: From 11am to 11:00 PM Tuesday to Sunday Our delivery service is done through lalamove and a delivery charge typically starts at 40thb but can be up to 200thb depending on your physical location. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
